Focus and Scope

The Nurse Educators and Practitioners Journal (NEPJ) is a triannual publication of the Nurse Educators and Practitioners Guild, Inc. (NEPraGuild, Inc.), based in Baguio City. It strives to bridge the gap between nursing education and practice by publishing relevant studies, evidence-based practices, and procedures. The journal covers a broad scope of nursing, including program and course development, teaching and learning approaches, educational and training needs assessment, simulation education, student evaluation, evidence-based management, quality improvement, patient safety, interprofessional collaboration, role transformation, nursing administration, policy formulation, technological innovation, quantitative and qualitative research, research implementation and translation, dignity and safeguarding research, legal practice boundaries, nursing accountability, transcultural nursing, and health equity.

Aim

To advance nursing excellence by fostering knowledge sharing, innovation, and policy influence, ultimately improving the quality of nursing education and patient care.

Target Audience

The primary target audience for the NEPJ includes educators in academic and clinical settings, clinical nurse specialists, advanced practice nurses, nursing students, researchers, healthcare administrators, and policymakers.
